Dexterous Precision Inc. | Applicable to EU Region (EU Member States & EEA Countries)
Introduction
These shipping terms apply to all apparel product shipping services provided by Dexterous Precision Inc (hereinafter referred to as “we”) to customers in the EU region (including EU member states and EEA countries). Our website is dexintimates.com. For inquiries regarding shipping, please contact us at info@dexintimates.com.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
- Order Processing: Upon receiving a valid order and full payment from the customer, we will initiate the order review, product preparation, and packaging process.
- Delivery Time: Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within 5-8 business days after payment confirmation. In case of a surge in order volume, holidays, or force majeure, the delivery time may be delayed. We will notify the customer in advance via the email address provided in the order.
Transportation Time and Coverage
- Transportation Time: The estimated transportation time from our warehouse to the EU destination is 15-40 calendar days. This timeframe is a standard estimated time and does not include customs clearance delays within the EU, additional delivery time to remote areas, or delays caused by force majeure.
- Coverage: These shipping terms apply to all EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) and EEA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway).
- Shipping Methods: We will select cross-border logistics methods (including but not limited to international road, rail, or sea freight transshipment) that comply with EU transport standards based on the quantity of goods, destination, and logistics costs to ensure compliant transportation of goods.
Shipping Costs and Taxes
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the customer’s order amount, cargo weight/volume, and destination country. The specific cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page when the customer places the order. We reserve the right to adjust transportation costs based on fluctuations in logistics market prices. Adjustments will be announced on our official website in advance.
- Tax and Fee Liability: According to relevant EU regulations (including the new full-amount taxation rule implemented from 2028), all clothing products imported into the EU are subject to corresponding customs duties (1%-17%) and value-added tax (15%-27%). These taxes and fees are borne by the customer. Customers are obligated to cooperate in providing necessary information during the customs clearance process. If customs clearance is delayed or additional costs are incurred due to the customer’s failure to provide relevant information in a timely manner, the customer shall bear full responsibility.
- Additional Costs: If goods need to be delivered to remote areas of the EU, require customer self-pickup but the customer fails to pick them up within the specified time, or require secondary delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer, all additional costs incurred shall be borne by the customer.
Cargo Tracking and Acceptance
- Logistics Tracking: After the goods are dispatched, we will send a logistics tracking number and query link to the customer via the email address provided in the order. The customer can use this link to check the real-time transportation status of the goods.
- Goods Inspection: Upon receiving the goods, the customer or their designated consignee shall verify the quantity and integrity of the packaging on the spot. If any goods are found to be missing, damaged, or the quantity is inconsistent, the customer should immediately note the objection on the delivery note and submit a written objection and relevant supporting documents (such as photos of the delivery note, photos of damaged goods, etc.) to info@dexintimates.com within 48 hours. Failure to raise an objection within the time limit shall be deemed as delivery of the goods in good condition.
Limitation of Liability and Exemption Clauses
- Limitation of Liability: We are only liable for compensation for loss or damage to goods caused by our own fault. The limit of compensation is calculated based on the actual transaction amount of the goods, and shall not exceed the total order amount. If the customer requires higher coverage, additional cargo insurance can be purchased when placing the order.
- Disclaimer: We shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage to goods caused by the following reasons:
- Force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, riots, government bans, etc.);
- The inherent nature of the goods, defects, or improper packaging (packaging must meet the general requirements for clothing transportation);
- Delays/failures in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete receiving information provided by the customer, or inability to contact the recipient;
- Policy adjustments and inspection delays in the EU customs clearance process, etc., that are not attributable to us;
- Carrier exemptions as stipulated by international transport conventions (such as the CMR Convention for Road Transport, the CIM Convention for Rail Transport, etc.).
Compliance Requirements
- Product Compliance: All clothing products sold by us comply with relevant EU safety standards and EPR environmental requirements, and possess the necessary compliance certification documents. Customers who require relevant certification materials can request them from us via email.
- Data Protection: During the transportation service, we will strictly comply with EU GDPR regulations and keep customer personal information (such as name, address, contact information, etc.) confidential, using it only for order processing and logistics purposes, and will not disclose it to any third party.
Other Terms
- Matters not covered in these Terms of Transport will be handled in accordance with relevant EU laws and regulations and international transport practices.
- If any dispute arises between the customer and us regarding transportation matters, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to bring a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction in our location.
- We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Transport in accordance with changes in EU regulations and logistics policies. The revised terms will be published on our official website dexintimates.com.
Effective Date: Effective from the date of publication
Dexterous Precision Inc. reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms of Transport.
